If you have a shared printer on your home or office network, and that
device is in another location. You can enable Windows print job
notification to alert you when your print job completes. To enable this
feature follow the steps below:
- From the Start menu and click 'Printers and Faxes'.
- From the File menu, and select 'Server Properties'.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Check the 'Show informational notifications for network printers' checkbox.
- Press the OK button when done.
